Starting Tamburrino from his home, he now works with companies around the area to manage their entire IT lifecycle and build out IT structures. How did moving downtown benefit your business?“We’ve been Downtown for a year now, and every second has been exciting. Since moving, our business has increased significantly. Most of our client base was located here in the core and before we moved here we felt disconnected. Now when people see our spaces and offices, they are really impressed. Being in a more established area for businesses has been beneficial because we’re associated with that success, which correlates to the great work we do. We’ve been more effective and can serve our clients much better here.” How does working Downtown compliment your lifestyle?“I live ten minutes away and it’s a simple commute. I’m down here for events pretty often because it’s so easy to go after work or during the day. There are plenty of opportunities to meet locals and hear their stories. I’m a big fan of Oshi Burger and other great restaurants that are all walkable from our building. As a team, we decorated our office with Memphis artwork that we got at a Choose901 pop-up shop in South Main. We would have never had that opportunity anywhere else.” What is the difference between being Downtown and in an office park?“It’s a real sense of pride being Downtown. Starting a business, you want to project that you know what you’re doing because, well, you do. Being down here compliments us in that way because it shows that our business has continued to grow and that we do excellent work.” Where do you find inspiration in Downtown?“I don’t know of many companies that do what we do. So I hope that we can be more of an inspiration to business owners. Tamburrino Inc. started in my house, and now we’ve made it to this amazing space in Downtown.
